Water Process Sumatra has 99.9% of the caffeine removed without using chemicals. This is a Mountain Water Process coffee processed in Mexico (“using pure glacier water on top of the mountain”, instead of the Swiss Water Process coffees which seem to make coffees have less flavor and be more bitter. The Mountain Water Process creates a result that is very close to non-decaf Sumatra. The perfect evening dessert coffee.
